The reduced fee “EAPS member” is valid only for EAPS members whose 2020-membership has been renewed within 1 FEBRUARY 2020. We regret that for administrative reasons we cannot make any exceptions to this rule.

Student registration is available for undergraduate, graduate and Ph.D. students only. The student rate is not available for post-doctorates.
Please note that at only one submission as presenting author is allowed. Participants may co-author other papers or posters, but only one presentation per author (paper or poster) will be allowed.
Therefore the presenting author is required to register for the Conference (one registration-one paper policy).
To be included in the Conference Programme, authors should register by 15 April 2020 at the latest. Authors who fail to register by 15 April 2020 will be removed from the program, and their slot will be given to authors on the waiting list.
Registration fees are in Euro and include the handling fee (€ 10,00 for EAPS member, € 15,00 for non-member, € 5,00 for student and accompanying persons) and 22% V.A.T. ***
An invoice will be issued for every fee paid and mailed to your e-mail address in pdf format after payment has been received.
Conference registration fees include:
Access to all Plenaries, Oral and Poster sessions and the Exhibition
Access to the Opening and Closing Ceremony including the Welcome Reception
Coffee/tea served during the conference breaks
Each registered participant is entitled to enrol ONE accompanying person along with his/her registration.
The Accompanying Person fee includes:
access to the Opening and Closing Session
invitation for the Welcome Reception
EPC Party is not included in any registration fee. It can be purchased while registering. More details will follow.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUNDS
Cancellation must be always confirmed in writing: don’t forget to include all your bank information.
Refund of fees, less € 50,00 for administrative charge, will be made for cancellations received before 22 May 2020. After this date, no refunds will be possible. Refunds will be paid after the Conference. No refund will be possible in case of no-show.
In the event of cancellation of the Conference, at any time, as a result of any event of 'force majeure' or for other reasons that are beyond the control of the National Organizing Committee, the registration fee shall NOT be refunded and neither the National Organizing Committee nor the ORGANIZING SECRETARIAT (Sistema Congressi) shall be held liable for any other costs or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, financial losses, etc.
Participants are highly encouraged to provide for their own insurance policy covering such events.
Fees and optional services must be paid in Euro (€) to Sistema Congressi by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal) or bank transfer. On-line payments are secured by Secure Socket Layer (SSL).

Please specify the title of the Conference (EPC 2020), your name and family name as a description of payment.
Please do not allow your bank to deduct the wire transfer fees assessed by your bank from our invoice amount. Make sure to provide extra funds to your bank to cover the originating transfer fees from your side.
Personal or company cheques will not be accepted.
Please note that admission to the Conference cannot be guaranteed unless full payment has been received.
Where payment is still pending or delayed, registrations will be automatically cancelled without prior notice.
You will receive an e-mail from firstname.lastname@example.org with the summary of the selected options and the total amount paid or due.
After receiving the payment, an invoice as confirmation (in pdf format) will be sent to your e-mail address.
